The micro-grants programme in the Ivano-Frankivsk region is being implemented under the "Support to Entrepreneurs and Livelihoods" UNDP project in cooperation with the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council and the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration to support MSMEs relocated or in the process of relocating to the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The project seeks to achieve two interconnected outputs, namely to boost the capacity of local institution to support business relocation and continuity, as well as to provide war-affected local and relocated businesses with rapid relief so they can stay in business. These interventions add to the incentives set by local authorities, as well as to subsequent phases of recovery, where support will focus on strengthening businesses to become export-oriented with the aim of continuing the internationalization of Ukraine’s economy.
